<p>Wakify is a simple web application designed to make sending <span class="caps">WOL</span> MagicPackets just a little bit easier.</p>
<p>You can also use Wakify to check if a particular computer is online or not with a ping function.</p>
<p>Wakify was created using the <a href="http://rubyonrails.org">Ruby on Rails</a> framework and is hosted on a <span class="caps">VPS</span> from <a href="http://www.linode.com/?r=632bae5e8fd45745396cd410c14d94771105bc6a">Linode</a></p>

<p>My name is Matias Korhonen, and I’m a IT student at the <a href="http://www.haaga-helia.fi/">Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences</a> in Helsinki.</p>
<p>Other web-sites I’ve worked on include my university Linux Club’s web site (<a href="http://www.hhlinuxclub.org">hhlinuxclub.org</a>) which uses a custom <span class="caps">CMS</span> called <a href="http://github.com/k33l0r/hhlc/">Eish!</a> developed my myself and Joao Cardoso.</p>
<p>I also had a blog in the past, and it is still <a href="http://proliferationoflinux.org/">available</a>, though I don’t really post new content there now.</p>
